From Downtown Birmingham:  Take I-65 South to exit 254/Alford Ave.  Turn right onto Alford Avenue.  Go approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto Tyler Road.  Go .3 miles and turn right onto Clearbrook Road.  Hoover Fitness will be .1 mile on the right

(from south of Hoover, take I-65 North to exit 254.  Turn left onto Alford Ave., follow above directions)

From Highway 31 in Hoover:  Take Hwy 31 towards Vestavia.  Turn left onto Columbiana Road.  Go .2 miles and turn left onto Tyler Road.  Go Approximately 2 miles to the stop light.  At the stop light, go straight onto Clearbrook Road.  Hoover Fitness is .1 mile from the stop light on the right.

From Hwy 150 in Hoover:  Take Hwy 150 towards Bessemer.  Turn right onto Shades Crest Road.  Go approximately 5.5 miles and turn right onto Valley Street.  Less than .1 mile turn left onto Tyler Road.  Go .3 miles and turn right onto Clearbrook Road.  Hoover Fitness is .1 mile on the right.
