Group Class Schedules

Group Class Descriptions and Schedule (scroll down for pictures)

                 

Muscle Works: A strength training workout for all fitness levels utilizing hand weights, balls, bands, and bodyweight resistance to tone and strengthen all muscle groups.  

 

Cardio Sculpt: Interval class with a mix of step and weights.  Increase your heart rate and tone at the same time. 

 

Body Sculpt: A great toning class.  Working Upper and lower body with lots of core. 

 

Group Yoga: Beginners to intermediate yoga.  1 hour relaxation and stretching.

 

Yoga Strength: Intermediate to advanced yoga while using a light hand weight to increase upper body strength.

 

Spintensity: Power up your heart rate training with cadence drills, hill intervals, and endurance.  Motivational coaching and inspiring music make this fun and challenging.

 

Energy Zone Cycling: Run, jump and climb to burn calories and tone your lower body. 

 

Spin'n abs: A fast-paced, intense cycling class followed by an upbeat ab workout.

5:30 pm spin - penny

6:30 pm pilates - penny

 

Friday

9:00 am cardio sculpt - mary beth

 

Saturday

8:30 am  pilates - penny
